The bathrooms are appallingly small!!! A lack of air conditioning makes warm stays uncomfortable. The limited parking situation is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point!!! inconsistent room qualities can lead to disappointing experiences!!!

perfect place for city walks and landmark exploration

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the delightful rhubarb appetizer and beautifully prepared lamb shank for dinner that made the evening special. with the fantastic Malvern Hills just over 3 km away, daily strolls around the museums and parks were an absolute joy, allowing for memorable discoveries in this lovely town.

The breakfast included local produce and was well prepared. I found the gardens nice for a stroll. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and welcomed here.

The room I stayed in was small with limited air circulation. The bathroom was cramped and did not meet my expectations for the price.

Had a great time with friends on our getaway! We loved exploring the local area and took a day to hike nearby hills. A fun evening at the local pub. Staff were super friendly and the food was delish!...

Recommend it for food lovers

Had a chance to dine at the restaurant and it was just phenomenal. The flavors and presentation? Unforgettable. I ordered the salmon with a poached oyster and dear god it was perfection on a plate.

Sure, it wasn't exactly a bargain but for what you get it was definitely acceptable.
